Landscapers’ Fountain Failure
Scottsdale homeowners had a design made for a custom fountain to be installed in their outdoor living space. Although the design was clear, landscapers who were hired to install the tile and stone failed to install the new fountain according to the design the homeowners wanted.
Quality Stone and Tile Installation
First, we reviewed the design and asked questions to be sure we understood exactly what the homeowners wanted. Then, we asked the homeowners to approve samples of travertine cornice and blue tile before we purchased the new materials. We took down the landscapers’ fountain and installed the appropriate materials as closely as possible to the design specified by the homeowners, utilizing the existing cantera base.
The homeowners learned the hard way that cheaper is not necessarily better, and when it comes to stone and tile installation, you get what you pay for.
